Our Story

De La Pepper Co. was founded in December 2025 by Andrew and Danielle De La Rosa, built on family, flavor, and a whole lot of heart. What started as a holiday gift for loved ones has grown into a kitchen full of fire, creativity, and sauces that refuse to be ordinary.
Danielle has been in love with cooking since she was a little girl—standing on a step stool, helping her mom in the kitchen, and soaking in every moment of the Food Network like it was a classroom. Over the years Danielle's cooked for family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who walked through the door with an appetite. In 2017, Danielle made her first homemade hot sauces as Christmas gifts. They were a hit—bold, flavorful, and unlike anything people had tasted.
Andrew saw something bigger. He kept saying the sauces should be shared with the world, not just the holiday dinner table. Danielle laughed it off at first, but in 2025, when she mentioned making another batch for friends and family, Andrew knew it was time.
“Let’s make it official.”
So we did. With our two boys, Dash (10) and Aden (8) cheering us on (and occasionally reminding us when something’s too spicy), we opened our kitchen doors to the public. De La Pepper Co. became more than a family project—it became a family dream.
Every bottle we make is crafted with the same passion, love, and excitement Danielle started with. Real ingredients. Real heat. Real flavor. No shortcuts—just genuinely incredible hot sauce made to share.
